What should I include for a faster answer?
Tell us which cloud runs production, roughly how many accounts and environments you have, what is driving the date (an audit, a contract, a launch, a migration), and who will own the platform afterwards. Those four facts are usually enough for us to come back with a scope rather than a question.
Do I need to be a customer to ask a question?
No. If you are weighing up building a foundation in-house, comparing us with an alternative, or trying to work out whether an Assessment is worth it, write anyway. If BuiltForProd is not the right fit, we will tell you.
How do I report a security issue?
Pick the security topic on this form, or email [email protected] with "Security" in the subject line. Include what you found, how to reproduce it, and how you would like to be credited. Our disclosure policy is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
