This is the cookie notice for builtforprod.com and its subdomains. It describes the website only; how data is handled inside a customer engagement is governed by your customer agreement. The privacy notice covers everything else this site collects.

Analytics only exists on a deployment where a measurement id is configured. Where none is set, the banner does not render and no analytics cookie can be created at all.
How the consent cookie works
When you answer the banner, we write bfp_consent with your answer, scoped to
.builtforprod.com and expiring after 365 days. Because it is set on the parent
domain, one answer covers this site, the blog and the documentation, and you are not asked three times for
the same decision.
Before you answer, analytics storage is denied and no analytics tag loads. Declining is exactly as easy as accepting: both are one click, in the same place, with the same emphasis.
What this site never does
- No advertising cookies, and no cookies shared with advertising networks.
- No tracking pixels, web beacons or invisible images from third parties.
- No cross-site identifiers, fingerprinting or device graphs.
- No social media embeds, so no social network learns you were here.
- No cookies at all before you answer the banner, other than the one that records your answer.
Changing your mind
Decline in the banner
Choosing decline stores the refusal and loads nothing. The banner does not reappear, because asking again after a no is not consent, it is nagging.
Turn on Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a decision: analytics stays off, the banner does not appear, and an earlier grant is not used.
Delete the cookie
Clearing site data for builtforprod.com removes bfp_consent, and the banner asks again the next time you visit. Nothing else about your visit is remembered.
Block cookies in your browser
Every browser can block or clear cookies per site. The site works without any of them: none of this content requires a cookie to read.
